Emily Smith

Emily is after an adventure and is excited about starting her own life in Sunset Valley. Will the town be the place to make all her dreams come true or will her somewhat dated values and appearance hold her back?

Emily's first decision was to head to the police department to start a career in law enforcement. She headed to the gym afterwards, wanting to learn the athletic skill she decided she'd need for her new job. While showering from her exercise, Emily heard a protest outside City Hall, across the road, and decided to have an investigate. She introduced herself to Christopher Steel and found out that everyone was upset about the lack of new singles coming to the town. Investigation complete and wanting to learn the logic skill, Emily headed to Central Park and played chess with Illiana Langerak.

With only a bed under the stars to her name, Emily prepared for work by heading to 28 Hour Wellness Gym to attend to her needs and got an early morning work out in too, as the clock ticked towards her first day. Before she caught the taxi to work she received a phone call letting her know that Argyle Sinclair was in town. Eager to improve her logic further Emily agreed to watch the exhibition matches he had scheduled. At work Emily was also asked to read "How to Avoid Concrete Shoes" to try and help her learn more about the police force. After the chess match Emily introduced herself to Erin Kennedy then started her reading.

Emily was promoted to desk jockey and decided to call Christopher to let him know the good news. She bought a burglar alarm and then aimed to jog her way from work to Stoney Falls. She jogged past sunset but didn't make it all the way before hunger and hygiene got the better of and she was forced to head home for an early night.

To make sure everything was in order for the day Emily checked herself out in the mirror at the gym. Happy with what she saw she got back to work on the treadmill for her early morning work out. After work she was back at the park introducing herself to more of the town's sims and attempted a jog up to the mines.

At work Justine got into deep water with the boss, Emily helped out and got chewed out instead but it was worth it, even if she left feeling strained. To take her mind off things Emily headed to Community School for the Gifted to attend a discounted painting class, then went off for a jog to Pinochle Pond.

Emily was called and offered an incentive to reach the next level of her atheletic skill, wanting to do so anyway she was happy that she'd be earning a little cash for it. She started the day with a swim instead of her usual use of the treadmill but a day filled of running down shopping cart thieves, among other things, left her feeling as though the swim wasn't necessary. All her effort was rewarded though, with a promotion to traffic cop.

Emily wanted a man who's career was different to the norm and tried to invite Lane Clementson over, a mail carrier. Apparently he didn't feel like it but, with her observation skills, Emily had learned that he was a party animal. She was planning on throwing a party over the weekend anyway, but doing so on the Saturday secured Lane's visit. He was the first guest to arrive but might have been on to Emily's plot. She learned that Lane was single but decided to get to know her other guests rather than focus on the one, considering Lane's earlier rejection of the invitation to visit. Once the party was over Emily jogged to Pleasant Rest Graveyard. Having not had the chance to speak to Erin at the party, Emily then decided to visit her at home.
